We're looking for a detail-oriented accounting professional to handle US bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting for our international client portfolio across CPA firms and SMEs.
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent with 1–3 years of experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero
- Understanding of US GAAP and chart of accounts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good written communication skills in English
Tax Associate — US Tax Compliance
Support our US tax preparation workflow — assisting with documentation, notice handling, compliance coordination, and filing support for CPA firm clients across the US.
- CA Inter / B.Com with tax background preferred
- Understanding of US individual and business tax (1040, 1120, 1065, etc.)
- Experience with Drake, UltraTax, or ProSeries is a plus
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Finance Analyst — MIS & Reporting
Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and performance analyses for clients across industries. Work closely with our Virtual CFO team to deliver actionable financial insights.
- MBA Finance / CA Inter with 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Experience with MIS reporting, budgeting, or financial modeling
- Analytical mindset with strong presentation skills
Client Relations & Operations Executive
Manage client onboarding, coordination, and communication. Act as the bridge between clients and our internal teams to ensure smooth, timely delivery of accounting services.
- Graduate with 1–3 years in client servicing or operations roles
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable with CRM tools
- Background in finance or accounting firms is preferred
